- Competition is open to the public
- Photos are the work of their own, have never won the race or contracted with other parties
- Photos taken using digital cameras except drones, and smartphones

- All photographs are the responsibility of the participants, including the use of the model and / or property. The organizers of the Bali Photo Awards 2017 Competition are free of third party demands.
- Photos contested are color photos and black and white, with no addition of borders, watermarks or identities.
- Photo size: maximum side maximum 1024 pixels, maximum resolution 300 dpi, with max file size 1 Mb format .JPG, without eliminating exif data.
- Participants submit a maximum of 5 photos along with titles and short explanations in digital / soft copy by registering at: http://baliphotoawards.com/register
- Photo file naming format: No Photo _Judul_Nama Peserta_No HP ( 01_Upacara Melasti_Windu_081234567890 ), Winner is requested to send original file and edited highres file for judging and exhibition needs.
- Photo editing (brightness, contrast, burning, dodging, hue / saturation) cropping maximum 30% of photo size, prohibited from adding and reducing elements in photo.
- The Bali Photo Awards 2017 committee reserves the right to disqualify the work of the photograph if it is deemed to be fraudulent or does not meet the terms and conditions stipulated.
- There will be 14 photographs as winners, 3 (three) Main Winners, 1 (one) Favorite photo, and 10 (ten) winners of the expectations determined based on the assessment of the jury appointed by the Operator. Photo of finalists will be exhibited at the time of award winning.
- The organizer is entitled to use the finalist photo for the purposes of publication, copyright attached to the photographer.
- The judges' decision on the result of the race is absolute and inviolable
- By submitting the work, the participant agrees to all terms and conditions made by the organizer.
